Refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials or attended workshops.
Complete refunds available for technical issues preventing access, course cancellation by us, or medical emergencies with documentation.
Pro-rated refunds may be considered for extended workshops if withdrawal occurs before 50% completion, minus administrative costs.
Workshop dates can be rescheduled once without penalty if notified 48 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur fees.
Downloaded materials, completed assignments, and accessed video content are non-refundable as they cannot be returned.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.
A processing fee of ₹500 may be deducted from refunds to cover administrative costs, except for technical issues on our end.
Cases involving serious illness, family emergencies, or force majeure events will be reviewed individually with appropriate documentation.
Failure to attend scheduled workshops without prior notice results in forfeiture of fees for those sessions, though course access remains valid.
